Terms of Service

Logins are created by invitation from Get Right Group. Keep your password to yourself, do not share your login, and tell us at cody@getrightgroup.com if you think it has been used by someone else. You are responsible for what is done with your login. We may suspend a login to protect the service or the people using it.

Use the app for the work it exists for. Do not upload anything unlawful or that you do not have the rights to, do not try to reach records that are not yours, do not interfere with the service, and do not copy or scrape it. We may remove content or close a login that breaks these rules.

A client owns its brand, its footage and the finished content delivered under its agreement, on the terms that agreement sets. You give us the permission we need to do the work — to store, edit and review that material, and to publish it to the social accounts you have connected, when you or your agreement tell us to. The app, its software and its design belong to Get Right LLC.

Connecting a social account authorizes us to publish approved content to it and to read its post and audience metrics, through our publishing provider and the platform’s own sign-in. We never hold your social-media passwords. You can disconnect an account at any time; each platform’s own terms continue to apply to what is posted there.

If you verify a mobile number in the app you agree to receive account and deadline text notifications from Get Right Group at that number: approvals waiting on you, filming confirmations and changes, deadline reminders, strategy-call reminders and publish confirmations. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of using Get Right Group; the app works fully without a verified number.

Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts to that number, START to resume, and HELP for help, or email cody@getrightgroup.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How your number is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

The app is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Get Right LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app, and our total liability to a client is limited as its agreement provides. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may end or suspend access to the app when an agreement ends or these terms are broken; your agreement says what happens to your content then. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. When they change, the effective date at the top changes with them, and a material change is announced inside the app before it takes effect.
